Our History
A Legacy of Learning
Cherub Private School (English Medium Christian School) was established in September, 1994. The school moved to its permanent location in September, 2006. The enrolment numbers have grown with the years from just 5 pupils to over 500 pupils. The school registered with the Ministry of Education and it has been around for over 20 years.
The name cherub is a biblical term which means ‘‘little angels’’. Cherub uses the MANEB (Malawian Examination Board) curriculum.

Represents spiritual connotations of divinity and joy.
White
Represents peace, wisdom and goodness.
Navy Blue
Represents authority, professionalism, and stability which are often associated with trust loyalty, and confidence, and can evoke a sense of calm and sophistication.
Gold
Represents success, knowledge and prosperity.
